7.1 Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers may result in temporary unavailability. The Company will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings, missed betting opportunities, or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction — including a software bug, data transmission error, or incorrect odds display — abc8c4 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. The Company will not honour winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error, regardless of how the funds were displayed in the player's account at the time.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abc8c4's total liability to any individual player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident in question.
